- 本文对不同工艺原理的尾气处理技术进行对比与适用性分析。以中石油天然气净化厂为例,按照《陆上石油天然气开采工业污染物排放标准(二次征求意见稿)》排放指标(SO2浓度<800mg/m3)的要求,同时考虑将来更高要求的排放指标,推荐与已建硫黄回收装置配套的尾气处理升级改造技术,满足提高总硫回收率至99.8%以上。本文通过尾气处理技术适应性研究对新建天然气净化厂尾气处理技术的选择具有现实的指导意义。
This paper compares and analyzes the applicability of exhaust gas treatment technologies with different process principles. Taking the CNPC natural gas purification plant as an example, In accordance with the requirements for the emission index (SO2 concentration <800mg / m3) of the" Emission standard of pollutants for onshore oil and gas exploitation and production industry(Second Consultation Draft)", taking into account the higher requirements for future emission indicators, it is recommended that the tail gas treatment upgrade and reconstruction technology supporting the already installed sulfur recovery device meet the need to increase the total sulfur recovery rate to more than 99.8%. In this paper, the adaptive study of exhaust gas treatment technology has practical guiding significance for the selection of exhaust gas treatment technology for newly built natural gas purification plants.
