- 新站油田2000年开发建设,位于黑龙江省大庆市肇源县境内。北邻葡西油田,东与新肇、敖包塔油田相接,面积约1400km2,区域内公路交通较为便利。2017年规划在新站油田所属茂23、英852区块建设油水井131口(油井73口,水井58口),建成产能12.38×104t。此项规划能否顺利实施对于确保外围油田原油稳产上产至关重要。然而,近年来,油价持续低迷,开发成本控制难度增大等不利因素制约着新区的有效开发。本文针对茂23、英852区块井位分布特点,从油气集输、供注水处理工艺出发,对茂23、英852区块建设模式进行了措施优化,并对其建成后影响到的老系统提出了系统调整规划,既提升了新区开发效益,又保证了老区平稳运行,为稳产上产提供了可靠的生产保障。
Xinzhan oilfield,developed in 2000,is located in zhaoyuan county,daqing city,heilongjiang province。 North adjacent to the west of the oil field, the east is connected with the new zhaigang,ao bao tower oil field,the area is about 1400km2,and the highway traffic in the area is relatively convenient。In 2017,it is planned to construct 131 oil Wells (73 Wells and 58 Wells) in the area of the xinzhan oil field, with a capacity of 12.38×104t。The smooth implementation of this plan is crucial to ensure the stable production of oil in peripheral oil fields. However, in recent years,the oil price has been depressed,and the difficulty of developing cost control has restricted the effective development of the new district。In this paper, 23,location distribution characteristics in the 852 block,starting from the oil and gas gathering and transferring,for water treatment technology,shigeru to 23,the measures for the 852 block construction pattern optimization,and after the completion of its influence to the old system of the planning system adjustment,both promoted the development efficiency,and ensure the smooth running in old,for stable production provides a reliable production security。
